Will SWEDEN face charges of human rights violations?

  • Sarah Palin – may be guilty of “incitement to commit harm.” According to USC Annenberg editor Kevin Grant, “Echoing comments made by Sarah Palin...Conservative columnist Jeffrey Kuhner…called for the U.S. government to kill…Julian Assange.”

  • Mike Huckabee – like Palin a potential American Republican presidential candidate and former governor said, “The person who leaked the information should be tried for treason and executed.”

  • Peter King – Republican Rep. of New York called for espionage charges against Assange.

  • Tom Flanagan – Prime Minister Stephen Harper's former campaign manager, has “counseled and/or incited the assassination of Julian Assange contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada," according to a written complaint filed December 4 with Vancouver police and the RCMP.
